What review sources are supported?

Two connectors are fully supported: Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages. Both import your full review history, keep syncing, and let you post replies from ReviewHive. Three more are in beta: you can connect them today on any plan, they work, and we are still verifying them against real accounts, so expect the occasional rough edge: Google Play for your Android app, App Store Connect for your iOS and macOS apps, and Tripadvisor for your location. Two quirks worth knowing before you connect a beta source: Google Play only makes the last seven days of reviews available, so ReviewHive keeps everything from the day you connect; and Tripadvisor is read-only, because it offers no way to post a reply through its API, so we link you to the review instead. More sources are coming soon, and which one we build next is decided by what you ask for.

How do AI replies work?

ReviewHive reads the review and drafts a reply in your tone, powered by the latest OpenAI models. Nothing is published automatically: you read the draft, edit it if you want, and only then approve it for posting.

Can my team collaborate on reviews?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reviews belong to an organization, and you can invite teammates into it. Roles decide who can change billing, connect new sources, or manage other members, so you can hand day-to-day replying to your team without giving away everything else.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Basic plan is free and no credit card is required to sign up. It includes: 1 Organization; Basic AI tools; All review sources; Up to 2 members; Up to 100,000 tokens per month; AI analysis for up to 100 reviews.

Do I have to pay to use ReviewHive?

Not to get started. The Basic plan stays free, and during early access we are keeping the paid tiers open-handed too. We would much rather have your feedback than your money.

Do the beta connectors cost extra?

No. Every review source is available on every plan, including the free one. The beta label is about how thoroughly we have verified a connector, not about what you pay. Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages are fully supported. Google Play, App Store Connect and Tripadvisor are in beta: they work, you can connect them today, and we are still checking them against real accounts, so please tell us if something looks wrong.

What about after the early access period?

Paid subscriptions become the norm for the higher tiers. We want to keep ReviewHive as affordable as possible and intend to stay cheaper than the competition.

How can I request a feature or follow the progress?

We post updates on the blog, and you can send feature requests straight to us by email. Anything that lands in more than one request tends to jump the queue.
