All time analytics: see your whole review history in ReviewHive
ReviewHive's Dashboard and Reports now have an All time range, so you can track your average rating, review volume and reputation across your entire review history.

The whole picture, in one click
Until now, the analytics in ReviewHive answered questions about a rolling window: the last 7, 30 or 90 days on your Dashboard, and up to a year on your Reports. That's exactly what you want when you're keeping an eye on the present. But it's not how you tell the story of your reputation over the long run.
So we added a new range to both places: All time.
On the Dashboard you'll now find it right next to "90 days". On Reports, it sits next to "1 year". Pick it, and every KPI, chart and list on the page recalculates to cover your entire review history, from your very first review through today.
Why it matters
A rolling window is great for spotting what's happening right now, but it quietly hides everything that came before it. If your best month was eighteen months ago, a 90-day view will never show it. If your average rating has slowly climbed over two years, you can only see that climb when you can see all of it.
All time gives you that long view:
- Reputation trajectory that actually starts at the beginning. The cumulative average rating (the number customers see on Google) is only meaningful when it's computed over every review you've ever received. All time plots that full curve.
- Volume and seasonality across years. See which seasons bring the most reviews, and whether this year is tracking ahead of the last.
- A distribution and sentiment mix you can trust. Averages over a handful of recent reviews swing wildly. Over your whole history, they settle into the truth.
Built to stay honest
We were careful to keep the numbers meaningful:
- The range tightens to the span of the reviews you actually have, so charts start at your first review instead of an arbitrary date far in the past.
- Because there's no earlier period to compare "all of history" against, the period-over-period deltas (the little "vs prev." figures on each KPI) step aside in All time mode rather than showing a misleading comparison.
- Exporting a report over the All time range produces a CSV clearly marked as
all-time, so a full-history export is easy to tell apart from a fixed-window one.
How to use it
- Open your Dashboard or Reports.
- In the filter row, choose All time.
- Optionally narrow to a single source, Google or Facebook, with the source filter beside it.
That's it. Everything on the page now reflects your complete review history.
Long-term reputation is built one review at a time, over months and years. Now your review analytics can show that whole journey, not just the latest chapter.
Open your Dashboard or Reports to try the All time range, and read more product news on the ReviewHive blog.
