We're still alive: ReviewHive is back and in active development
ReviewHive is back and in active development. Here's what we've been up to, what's new for managing your Google and Facebook reviews, and what's coming next.

We're still alive, and building again
If you've refreshed the ReviewHive blog over the last few months and heard nothing but crickets, this one's for you: we're still here, and ReviewHive is back in active development.
Silence on a blog usually means one of two things: a project quietly winding down, or a small team with its head down, shipping. We're firmly in the second camp. The lights never went off; we were rebuilding the engine while the car was still running.
Here's an honest update on where things stand, what changed under the hood, and what's landing next for your review management workflow.
Where we've been
Great review management software is mostly invisible: it just works, every day, without drama. Getting there took some unglamorous work that doesn't make for exciting announcements, until it all adds up.
Over the quiet stretch we:
- Rebuilt the analytics engine so every rating, trend and response-time figure comes from one shared, tested source of truth. No more numbers that disagree with each other from one screen to the next.
- Hardened the Google and Facebook connections, including token refresh, so your reviews keep syncing without you having to reconnect.
- Moved onto faster, more reliable hosting so the dashboard loads quickly and stays up.
- Polished the reply flow, including AI-drafted replies you approve before anything is posted.
None of that is flashy on its own. Together, it's the foundation everything else is built on.
What's new right now
The most visible result of all that work is the analytics you're already using, now with a longer memory.
We just shipped an All time range across your Dashboard and Reports. Instead of only seeing the last 7, 30 or 90 days, you can now measure your average rating, review volume, sentiment and reputation across your entire review history. It's the difference between a snapshot and the full story.
Read the details in All time analytics: see your whole review history, or just open your Dashboard and pick All time to see it in action.
What's coming next
We're not slowing down. On the roadmap:
- Smarter AI replies that better match your brand's tone, length and signature.
- Deeper keyword and sentiment insights, so you can see what customers keep praising or complaining about, not just how many stars they left.
- More review sources to bring even more of your reputation into one place.
- A steady stream of updates right here, so you're never left guessing whether we're still around.
Thank you for sticking with us
To everyone who kept using ReviewHive through the quiet period: thank you. Your reviews kept syncing, your replies kept sending, and your feedback shaped everything above.
Managing your online reputation shouldn't be a second job. Our mission is the same as day one: help businesses turn Google and Facebook reviews into trust, insight and growth, with as little friction as possible.
We're back, we're building, and we're glad you're here. Take a look around your dashboard, and keep an eye on the blog, because there's a lot more coming.
